The Bed's TOO Big.

I miss him already.

The Huz has gone to London to hang with his family and friends. I do get him 11 months of the year so I mustn't complain. And he always leaves something behind...

Hug?

Thanks to @Gerbalaya for inspiring this drawing.

  4. What a great way to express yourself. Sleep in the middle of the bed and take up all the room. So sweet you are.

  5. Thanks friends. I may map my progress over the next five weeks with a series of these. It'll help me get through it I think - here's to art therapy!

  6. I can't wait to see the drawing of you sprawled out in the middle of the bed! I know you're lonely, but every once in a while, you need to enjoy laying in the middle of the bed! *hugs* to you!

  7. Awww. I know the feeling. Sometimes even a twin bed can feel too big if I'm the one who's out of town. :( You captured it perfectly. :)

  8. Oh. As a Navy wife, I know how big and empty the bed grows when the one you love is away. :(

  10. Perfect examply of the "Persephone and Hades"syndrome. Except for the fact that the roles are reversed in this case haha :P

  12. {{{Hugs}}} You know from being a soldier married to a soldier for so long the one upside to the pain of separation is that its a super clear reminder how deeply you love your partner. The flip to hurting that bad is loving that much.

Sending the warmth of friendship to keep you company while you travel through the next month.

Anonymous - I admit the Persephone/Hades thing did occur to me. I like the analogy anyway!
