  1. I take a hot bath and then whine for Frank to give me a massage.

Which reminds me--I fell asleep last night before he could rub my back. Time for him to pay up...

  2. I've had arthritis since I was 9 years old, so my growing pains WERE growing-old pains!

  3. I go on about my day when I'm feeling creaky. Because I'm always feeling creaky. On a day when I'm not feeling creaky, I wonder what's wrong!

  4. I slow down, smell the roses and try to keep moving. Keeping a sense of humour helps.

    1. Good advice. I keep the chocolate on a high shelf (out of the dog's reach) so I usually have to streeeeeetch to get it.

  9. Is there such a thing as not feeling creaky? Literally, as I'm typing this, I'm lying on my couch, making my hubby massage my cramping foot. Owwww!
